On the morning of September 29 2022 our dear friend and sister Mrs. Marie Goubault passed away at home peacefully with her three daughters and devoted husband of 54 years by her side.
Leaving her beloved Jamaica in 1977 to begin a new life with her family in Grand Cayman, Marie and her husband Richard quickly became friends of many of us in the St. Ignatius church community regularly attending the Sunday morning mass and supporter of the church and related events.
Marie always offering a gentle listening ear, will be remembered fondly for her love and commitment to her family, extended family and special circle of friends near and far as a thoughtful caring lady that never missed an opportunity to send a special message, card or extend a gesture on a birthday, anniversary or special occasion.
To her children and grandchildren she was their greatest champion and the example of unwavering love shared between her and husband Richard an inspiration.
May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
