Linda you were a true friend to me, a real soulmate. What a large void you have left in my life, we knew each other for a long time, but only latterly became closer. You saw through, and cut through so much nonsense that goes on and I so admired your wise vision, incisive intellect and courage for speaking out, so refreshing in today’s world. A truly unique person, who I was privileged to know. You had a great partner who supported and had confidence in you, and I have never witnessed a greater love. A couple of weeks before your passing, we played our regular bridge online together, and Ernest and you beat Brian and I by 100 imps to 4. You were over the moon, and absolutely delighted with yourself! And I am so pleased that was how our last bridge session together ended, you in your rightful place, first! That is how I shall remember you, with all the love I have to give.
