    Dear Janet and Family,
Working with John at the ‘ol KHC’ was a wonderful experience. He was such a spunky and pleasant person to be around. John’s enthusiasm helped us meet the challenges of computerization and, believe me, there were many. He was an excellent mentor who taught me a lot and motivated me to do my best. For this I will be forever grateful. In recent years, I always enjoyed chatting with John when he was in the store. Simply seeing his smile or hearing his chuckle, well, it helped make my day!
My wife Dee and I wish you our deepest sympathies — you are in our thoughts and prayers.
    Sincerely and With Love,
    Rob
