The family of the late Dell Magdalene Powery, regret to announce her passing on August 26, 2023.
Left to mourn her passing are:
Spouse: Araunah Uriah Powery
Children: Judith Dodds, Jessie Powery, Javin Powery, James Powery, Joel Powery, Lois Powery, Malachi Powery, and Ella Joy Powery.
Brothers/Sisters and spouses: Olivene Powery, Blonice Whittaker, Sherlon Ebanks, Orman Henry-Ebanks, June Bodden and Charles Ebanks, Judith Awe.
Grandchildren: (7)
Great Grandchildren: (2)
Son-in-law Alan Dodds and daughter-in-law Kathy Powery plus many relatives and a host of friends.
A closed casket funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Church of God Gospel Hall, George Town on Saturday September 9th, 2023.
There will be a special viewing for family members only will be held on Friday September 8th, 2023, 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Bodden Memorial Funeral Home prior to the service.
Interment will follow at the Boatswain Bay Cemetery.
