We had an angel in our community. Miss Chippie helped people with forms and letters, with note-taking, with counsel at a time when many of us needed to refer to a better-educated person. She conducted herself with dignity, was open-minded and remains an inspiration to us all.
    Condolences to her family.

Chip Chip was my best ‘welcoming committee’ of one when I first moved to Cayman Brac from Belize. She remained a very dear friend all these years. My sincerestst condolences to her family. I will love her always.
