The family of the late Winburn Clyde Dilbert regret to announce his passing on February 4th, 2023.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. at Ninety & Nine Outreach Ministries on Sunday, February 19th, 2023.
Viewing will be held prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Boatswain Bay Cemetery
