August 6, 2021 at 4:41 pmMr Howell was indeed a Caymanian icon. He was an honorable, yet humble man during his long life. Growing up on Shedden Road myself, his shoe shop was one of five stores within a 5 minute walk of our home and a treat to get to visit as a child. My condolences to his family on his passing. May his soul Rest In Peace.
