Some relationships are lifelong
And you’ve been through a lot
Good times, bad times,
Tough times and What Not
We need people around
To function each day
And each brings to us something
In their own special way
A friend is a Title
Given one to another
And can be closer to us
Than a sister or brother
And we never forget
Though we may be apart
The unique way that the Friend
Touched and entered our heart.
