September 24, 2021 at 10:38 amThis came as a shock; although I noticed that the store had been closed for sometime. Would stop in from to time to buy mints. She was your typical Caymanian; warm, friendly and kind. She would always put in a few extra mints and say ‘for good measures’ with her endearing smile. Her true Caymanian kindness extended to others, including tourists. She was also fond of telling me about her high-powered car but quick to remind me that she didn’t speed and her love for motor car racing and shared stories of attending the Daytona.
What a wonderful soul…may her soul rest in peace and the family be comforted in return by the love and blessings she shared.
